Our Newest Projects in Lubbock are Worth Celebrating

When it comes to the Hub City, one thing is for certain and that’s that things are always changing. Lubbock has seen so much growth over the years that it’s been pretty hard to keep track of all the new businesses making their way to our beloved city. Fortunately, here at Action Electric, we’ve gotten to be on the ground floor of some of these businesses as they open up around the 806—literally!

So, if you’re looking for a new place to eat, grab a cup of coffee, fill up your tank, or whatever else, check out the newest projects we’ve been working on. With so much newness coming to Lubbock, it’s safe to say the city is officially booming, and we’re happy to help keep Lubbock electric.

Dutch Bros is sure to be your newest caffeine addiction

Perhaps the biggest project we’ve wrapped up recently has been working with Dutch Bros on their many new locations all over Lubbock. Yes, if you’ve driven around town lately, then you’ve seen the latest coffee shop to take over town. And if you haven’t given them a try, then what are you waiting for?

Dutch Bros coffee is seriously delicious, with drinks ranging from your average cup of coffee to frozen blended coffees, teas, lemonades, and even different flavored energy drinks. However you want to start your day, Dutch Bros has you covered, so definitely go check out one of their five new locations we got to work on!

Hook & Reel is sure to satisfy those nautical cravings

Another exciting new business in Lubbock is Hook & Reel Cajun Seafood & Bar, a delicious seafood restaurant that’s opened up right across from the South Plains Mall.

This new restaurant serves up everything from seafood boils, to raw oysters, Po’ Boys, Lobster Bisque, pasta, and more. And while we might be partial considering we got to bring  to help them open up their Slide Road location, we’re pretty sure it’s one of Lubbock's best new eateries.

But that’s not all

You can see we’ve been pretty busy over the past few months helping to open new restaurants and coffee shops in Lubbock. But that’s far from all we’ve been doing.

In addition to working on the first-ever Circle K convenience store to open in Lubbock, we’ve also gotten to show our heart for the Lubbock community and have started work at several local high school sports facilities. We know how important community is in the Hub City, and we’re so proud to be able to work on such important projects.

There are so many exciting things on the horizon here in Lubbock, and while some might think of us as just an electric company, we’re thrilled to be part of the goings-on around town, and hope you’ll pay a visit to some of the awesome new establishments we were able to work with!
